Pastor Caleb Adams is passionate about one thing above everything else-making God known. His heart is to love God fully, love people deeply, and help others grow in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. At Encounter Church, Pastor Caleb leads with humility, energy, and a strong commitment to discipling people, encouraging them, and equipping them to walk out their faith every day. His desire is that every person who walks through the doors of Encounter Church experiences the presence of God, finds hope, discovers purpose, and is empowered to impact the world around them.

My ministry is centered on ensuring that every person who enters our doors feels welcomed, seen, and connected to our church family. I work closely with the lead pastor to align all our communication efforts and hospitality initiatives with the church's core mission and vision.
